The Portrait of a Warden Graduate is part of the district's Strategic Plan, focusing on five key areas: readiness for life, personal responsibility, communication, critical thinking, and embracing diversity. During the rollout, it was decided that more detailed descriptions were needed. Certificated staff brainstormed examples, and the district's MTSS team refined these into common themes and descriptors. This updated Portrait reflects our ongoing commitment to enhancing the knowledge, skills, and dispositions of Warden Graduates, starting from preschool.

This drill is a vital part of our efforts to ensure the security and well-being of everyone in our Warden community. Your cooperation and support in these drills are highly appreciated.
Thank you for your trust and partnership in maintaining a safe learning environment at Warden School District.
Sincerely,
Scott West
