Strategic Planning

Background

It is time for Warden School District to create a new Strategic Plan to guide our work over the next three to five years. The Strategic Plan is a shared understanding of Warden School District’s mission, vision, and belief statements. The process is essential for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, aligning efforts with a common vision, and ensuring that resources are effectively utilized to meet the evolving needs of students and community.

Strategic Planning process includes:

  • clarify goals for student achievement; academic and social/emotional learning
  • outline a roadmap for accomplishing the goals
  • embrace the diverse voices of all
  • leadership for courageous action at all levels

The district is currently forming a Strategic Planning Committee. Parent and community involvement is an essential part of the process. We need a wide variety of voices to envision the future for our children and community. You have been nominated to be part of the process. We are asking students, staff, parents, and community members to commit to this process over a series of six sessions, each consisting of two hours including dinner. Sessions are scheduled from 5:30-7:30pm in the secondary library.
