New to riding the bus?

  1. Arrive at your pickup spot 5min prior to your pickup time.
    1. The bus has a 5 min window before and after your pickup time to arrive.
  2. Do you need to cancel your transportation for the day?
    1. Call the bus garage and leave a voicemail preferably before 6:30am.
  3. Students will sit in their assigned seats and will only be picked up and released at their school authorized stops.
  4. If your student wishes to ride home with a family member or friend and does not qualify for transportation they will need a bus pass.

  5. Make sure you and your student read over the rules and regulations tab for a fun/safe ride to school or home.

Do I qualify for transportation?

  1. Anyone who lives outside of town qualifies for transportation.
  2. If you student has special needs please contact the Special Services office at (509) 349–1815.

Why cant my student ride the bus home with a friend? 

  1. The district needs to have certain emergency information on every student riding the bus in case of an emergency. This is why we have “Bus Passes” in place.

Does my pick up time change due to inclement weather or early release?

  1. For a 2hr late start add two hours to your original pick up time.
  2. When weather is in question check the school district page, social media page, parent square, local news stations, or call in to the transportation office (509) 349–1870
